Woman Receives Lifetime Ban from Disney World After Violent Altercation with Employee
Jessica Grines, 23, was waiting in line for the popular Hollywood Studios’ ride Twilight Zone Tower of Terror on 13th July when an incident occurred over her expired FastPass.
According to the Miami Herald, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said the Chicago woman became displeased and verbally aggressive learning that her FastPass was invalid, prompting Disney World employee Taylor Gragert to call security.
Grines began to push buttons on the Tower of Terror control podium, According to the report, some of which “could affect the ride”. When the Disney World employee Gragert, 23, tried to stop her, the outraged visitor punched her in the face causing minor swelling around the eye.
Grines and her group then fled the area but were picked up by Disney security shortly after. The employee refused medical attention and treatment for her eye and decided not to press charges.
Grines has now received a lifetime ban from Disney parks, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
