Walt Disney World are trying out a new way to give feedback about your day at the resort by asking visitors to tweet in their questions, this follows on from a similar move made by Universal Studios Orlando last month.

From my experience, this can only be a good thing. I've found I tend to get far better customer service when it's public like this, especially when dealing with a 'group' issue or mass outage.

Disney have been working on this for a while and while the technology has been ready for some time, it's reportedly the processes that have taken a little longer to fine tune.
